Delivery and coordination of platform operations and delivery workstreams for an AWS-based platform, including monitoring, billing, platform operations, release management and operational handovers. Focus areas included transparent prioritisation, decision-making support, stable go-lives and operational readiness.

Context

Albacore / Hashlabs operated a technically demanding cloud platform with high requirements for scalability, reliability, automation, cost awareness and operational transparency. The main challenge was structuring complex platform topics into management-relevant decisions while ensuring stable operational delivery.

I worked at the interface between management, engineering, operations and external stakeholders. My responsibilities included coordinating scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, release topics and operational handovers — including decision-making material around effort, business value and operational impact.

My Responsibilities
  • Coordination of delivery and operations workstreams across monitoring, billing and platform operations
  • Alignment of scope, priorities, timelines, risks and dependencies with management, engineering and operations
  • Release and cutover coordination including go/no-go criteria, risk assessment and rollback planning
  • Operational handovers including runbooks, responsibilities and knowledge transfer
  • Creation of operational transparency through monitoring, reporting, asset/ownership tracking and repair tracking
  • Preparation of decision-making materials around effort, risks, resource requirements and business value
