Role: Entrepreneurial and functional overall ownership: validating the business case with potential target customers, assessing commercial viability and controlled discontinuation after insufficient market demand.

Role: IT Delivery & Service Operations Lead: steering delivery and operations workstreams, stakeholder alignment on scope and risks, release/cutover management including go/no-go and rollback planning, building operational readiness (runbooks, handovers, knowledge transfer) and hypercare post-go-live.
