OTTO – PDP Delivery in E-Commerce
Delivery of revenue-critical PDP initiatives — from prioritisation and stakeholder alignment to rollout, A/B testing and stable go-live coordination.
Delivery and execution of revenue-critical Product Detail Page initiatives within a cross-functional e-commerce team. Focus areas included prioritisation, dependency management, A/B testing, performance/SEO and stable releases with measurable business impact.
